Yos Effendy brings over three decades of leadership in Human Capital, General Affairs, and training management to PT Oil Terminal Karimun. As President Director, he leads the Company’s daily operations, builds high-performing teams, and develops  strong partnerships with industry stakeholders and government authorities.

His career spans key HR and organizational development roles across leading industrial and energy companies, including PT Babcock & Wilcox, PT Thomson Television Indonesia, PT McDermott Indonesia, PT Global Process System, the Company based in Jebel Ali, and PT Samudra Oceaneering. Yos has extensive experience in workforce development, operational excellence, and large-scale yard development projects, positioning him as a trusted leader in driving both people and business growth.
